Daktronics Shares Slide 2.5% Pre-Bell

Daktronics (DAKT) shares were down 2.5% pre-market Wednesday after the supplier of large-screen video displays reported it swung to a fiscal Q4 loss on declining sales, missing Street expectations.

For the quarter ended April 28, the company reported a net loss per share of $0.09, compared to a gain of $0.02 a year earlier, and below the Street view for a profit of $0.05, as compiled by Capital IQ.

Daktronics reported Q4 revenue of $138.2 million, down from $143.7 million a year earlier, and also below the $145.2 million Street view.

The company slated a 11 am ET conference call.
